
Monday Night PlayGround Subscribers are guaranteed a seat for each and
every Monday Night PlayGround included in their series (e.g., 4-event subscribers
have seats for the December through March performances). When you arrive,
just check in with the box office, collect your playbill and, once the house
has opened, proceed into the theatre. The theatre lobby and box office will
open at 7pm and priority seating for subscribers will begin at approximately
7:30pm. To ensure smooth seating and an on-time performance, we do recommend
that you plan to arrive by 7:45pm.
If for any reason you are not able to attend on a particular Monday Night,
you now have three options:
(a) Send an email or call the PlayGround Hotline (415-704-3177) at least 24 hours in advance to exchange your ticket for an additional ticket to any remaining Monday Night PlayGround performance; indicate the performance you're releasing from and the performance you want to exchange into. All tickets, including exchanges, will be held at the door under your name.
(b) Offer your ticket(s) to a colleague or friend -- they can check in at the door under your name and will receive all of your subscriber privileges; or
(c) Send an email to PlayGround
at least 24 hours in advance to "release" your seat, converting
it into a tax-deductible contribution. We will send you an email receipt
of your donation and will then make available that seat for others hoping
to attend.
